We are currently searching for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Real Estate Management Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding real estate management services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to property listings, leasing processes, and management services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Educate customers on real estate processes, policies, and available services.
- Gather customer feedback to identify potential improvements in services and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.
