Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding property management, leasing, and related services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Educate clients about the services and solutions available to them.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or real estate support roles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with property management software is a bonus.
