Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding car leasing and financing products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on leasing terms, conditions, and benefits available to them.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest or knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
