Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), addressing inquiries related to public transport services.
- Assist customers with trip planning, ticket purchases, scheduling, and route information.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring all inquiries and resolutions are recorded in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with transport teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed on public transport updates, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers to enhance their experience and address concerns as they arise.
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop skills and stay updated on best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) alongside strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the public sector or transport industry, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with customers in a positive manner.
- Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and organization skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- A passion for public transport and a commitment to improving customer experiences in the transit space.
