Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to public transport services, schedules, and tickets.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, such as lost items, service interruptions, and complaints.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about public transport updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat.
- Partake in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, especially in public services or transport.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
