Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to public transport services and schedules.
- Assist customers with ticketing and fare-related questions, ensuring they have all necessary information to travel smoothly.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues or concerns effectively for the best customer experience.
- Stay informed on transport services, schedules, and any changes to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Engage with customers proactively, following up when necessary to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of services and improve customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within public transport or related sectors, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a busy work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- A passion for serving the community and assisting individuals in accessing public transport services.
