Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer service to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to public transport services, schedules, and ticketing.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all interactions accurately in the customer service management system.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their travel experience.
- Work collaboratively with the department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on changes in services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or public transport services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and database systems.
