Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries related to public transport services.
- Assist customers with route planning, ticketing options, and service schedules to enhance their travel experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring all complaints and inquiries are logged and addressed appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about public transport policies, services, and any changes to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers, following up on feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in public transport or related fields, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints empathetically and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills for documenting customer interactions and managing information effectively.
