Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service in French, assisting passengers with inquiries about public transport services and schedules.
- Respond to customer complaints and issues promptly, offering solutions that enhance the overall travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed about public transport policies, routes, and schedules to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Proactively engage with customers through various channels to address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in public transport or a related sector, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
