Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about the company's products, promotions, and policies to provide timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of service quality and offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Proficient in customer service tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for online shopping and understanding customer needs.
