As an E-commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online shopping experience for our Dutch-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include managing product listings, assisting with order processing, and supporting marketing initiatives. Responsibilities- Assist in managing and optimizing product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Provide support for order processing and customer inquiries in Dutch.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
