Customer Service Representative for Online Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Online Retail department. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Job Description:In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, or chat. Your passion for customer service and ability to empathize with customers' needs will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and driving loyalty.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders, product information, and services
- Providing clear and concise guidance to customers on navigating the online retail platform
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and maintaining comprehensive records
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an online retail environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment
