Online Retail Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate French speaking customer service representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our online retail department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our French speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through efficient and effective issue resolution.
- Guide customers through the ordering process, addressing questions and concerns regarding payments, shipping, and product information.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience, including logistics and product management.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, company policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Gather and report customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering positive experiences.
