Customer Service Ambassador
\Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team.
\- Management of incoming calls and communication with customers via phone, email, or chat\
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication\
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas\
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies\
Requirements
\- Near native level of French and Advanced level of English\
- Good MS Office skills and Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening\
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and Excellent communication and presentation skills\
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively\
