Working closely with the airline, you will have the opportunity to put your travel expertise to use and start a rewarding career in the aviation industry. You will be part of a diverse and dynamic community of individuals from over 110 nationalities who share a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Entering customer information into our system to issue tickets or update records
- Providing clear explanations of rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
- Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
- Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket
- High level of fluency in Turkish
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
- Experience working in hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus
- The ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
- Complete relocation support, including flight tickets, accommodation, and assistance with finding housing
