As a Customer Expert for Pandora, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and chats in Danish, providing top-notch support to our customers.

You will be the voice of Pandora, helping people share their stories and values through our jewelry. Your role will involve responding to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations.

In addition, you will serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services while being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers.

With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you will handle account and billing issues, upsell orders, troubleshoot, identify fraud, and process returns based on provided training guidelines.

Collaborating with your colleagues, you will exchange ideas and solutions to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Danish
  • Communication Skills: Great communication and soft skills
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer Knowledge: Good computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability: Willingness to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when/if required
