Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for Hebrew-speaking individuals to join our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with hotel reservations, you will provide top-notch service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

This role requires passion for the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to creating memorable moments for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients regarding hotel reservations and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking processes, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a delightful experience.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about hotel offerings and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
