Global Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Travel Ambassador to join our team.
Ambassadors will deliver exceptional customer experiences, addressing inquiries related to travel bookings and tour packages for German-speaking clients. They will assist customers in selecting travel options, ensuring they have all necessary information to make informed decisions. Ambassadors will also manage bookings, resolve customer complaints, and maintain knowledge of current travel trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel option selection and ensure accurate booking management.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, company offerings, and client preferences.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
