About the Job:
We are seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and provide support.
You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of cases, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while upholding the values of a major global brand.

Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and provide support

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools quickly
