- Document interactions accurately to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and streaming trends to offer informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) and English is essential.
- Passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but a friendly demeanor is most important.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to tackle challenges dynamically and think on your feet.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
