Nordic Speaking Customer Service Ambassador

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Streaming Service Department. This exceptional individual will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our valued clients from the Nordic region.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or entertainment sector, is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also paramount.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and troubleshooting streaming issues.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Staying updated on the latest content offerings, features, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with technical support teams to resolve any service-related issues efficiently.
Requirements for success in this role include:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or entertainment sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while resolving problems.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Genuine interest in streaming services and entertainment trends.
