We are looking for a highly skilled Nordic Speaking Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece.
Job DescriptionThis is a pivotal role where you will engage with our Nordic-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance in their purchasing decisions. You will play a critical part in both customer care and sales, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs and offer personalized product suggestions to drive sales.
- Efficiently manage order processing and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and maximize sales performance.
- Stay informed about our products, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills in customer service and sales strategies.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish) and English is required.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Previous experience in customer care or sales roles is an asset.
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in CRM software and handling sales processes.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to success.
