Our company is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department.
Job Description:This role involves providing exceptional service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat for hotel reservations and inquiries. You will be responsible for assisting customers in booking accommodations, making modifications, and handling cancellations. Additionally, you will need to resolve customer complaints and issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients
- Assist customers in booking accommodations and making modifications
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the reservation system
- Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to offer personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with hotel staff and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
We are looking for an individual who has:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills
