We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Polish-speaking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding hotel reservations and services. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding hotel reservations and services.
- Assist customers in making reservations, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth reservation process and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on hospitality trends and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
