Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Polish-speaking beauty enthusiast to join our dynamic team in the Beauty & Skincare Products Department. If you have a passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills, this role is tailored for you.
As part of our team, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing them with guidance and support related to skincare and beauty products. Help clients find the perfect solutions for their needs while being part of a vibrant industry that celebrates self-care and confidence.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding beauty and skincare inquiries through various channels.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns promptly.
- Maintain a helpful and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about the latest beauty trends and items.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is a must. It is essential to clearly specify your nationality and native language in your application.
- A genuine interest in beauty and skincare products.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
