Beauty Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty and Skincare Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers who share your enthusiasm for beauty products, providing them with expert knowledge and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a German-speaking environment, addressing inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, order issues, and returns to enhance their shopping experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in beauty and skincare to offer knowledgeable and relevant advice to customers.
• Engage in proactive customer outreach to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Participate in regular training sessions to continually develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry, is preferred.
• Strong ability to empathize and connect with customers, providing personalized and attentive service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective customer interactions.
• A demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• A passion for beauty and skincare products, along with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
