As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company's customer service, interacting with clients across the Nordic countries to deliver exceptional service and support. • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Product Knowledge: Assist customers with inquiries regarding beauty and skincare products, helping them choose the right products for their needs.
• Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the beauty and skincare industry to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Language Skills: Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, especially within the beauty or skincare sector, is preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty and skincare products and trends is a significant advantage.
