Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for Beauty and Skincare Products Department
\We are seeking a skilled Polish speaking customer service representative to join our team in the beauty and skincare products department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.

- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. \
- Assist customers with inquiries about product details, usage, and availability. \
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction. \
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up. \
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on promotions, product launches, and industry trends. \
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:

- Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are an advantage. \
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or retail industry, is preferred. \
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. \
- Familiarity with beauty and skincare products is a plus. \
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. \
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
