Beauty Products Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our beauty products department as a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional support to customers, has a strong understanding of beauty products and skincare, and can communicate effectively in both English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- To assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products, including product selection, usage advice, and order status, utilizing your knowledge and skills to provide informed recommendations.
- To resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome and feel valued.
- To maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- To stay up-to-date on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional activities to provide expert advice and make relevant recommendations.
- To collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, with a keen interest in industry trends and developments.
