Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and any issues regarding their purchases.
- Offer expert advice on skincare routines and product usage to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely solutions and maintaining high levels of customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and beauty trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document all customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly for future reference and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and drive product engagement.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
