Beauty and Skincare Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate customer service representative to join our team in the beauty and skincare products department. As a German-speaking representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding beauty and skincare products.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and detailed information about ingredients, usage, and application.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest product developments and trends in skincare and beauty to offer informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
