We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Beauty Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of a renowned beauty brand, providing top-notch support to customers as they navigate their skincare and beauty product needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support, assisting clients with inquiries about beauty and skincare products.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Engage proactively with customers through phone, email, or chat to ensure their questions are answered promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the beauty or retail sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
