We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty & Skincare Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding beauty and skincare products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients regarding beauty and skincare products.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Record and document customer interactions accurately for reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and ensure customer delight.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about new releases and beauty trends.
Requirements:
- Native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- Proficiency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Interest in learning about new beauty trends and products.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
