Customer Service Representative for Beauty and Skincare

">If you are passionate about beauty and skincare and enjoy providing excellent customer support, this role is perfect for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers from Nordic countries with their inquiries related to beauty and skincare products, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
">Your Responsibilities">- Provide top-tier customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.">
- Address customer inquiries related to products, orders, and returns efficiently.">
- Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor and foster positive customer relationships.">
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.">
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals.">
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service techniques.">
Requirements
">- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, etc.) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.">
- A strong passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service.">
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary.">
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.">
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently and maintain professionalism.">
- Willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.">
