Our organization is seeking a dedicated Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Food Delivery Service Department. As a vital support for Nordic-speaking customers, you will assist them with inquiries related to food delivery services. ">Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about food orders, delivery status, and service-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain clear records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges.
- Stay informed about food delivery best practices to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional language proficiency is beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric focus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and efficiency in handling customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
