Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to engage with Nordic-speaking customers, address their inquiries, and provide personalized assistance to enhance their experience. As a Nordic Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries from Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Delivering accurate information regarding products and services to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and feedback diligently in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and improve service quality.
  • Engaging in training sessions to continuously grow your knowledge of our offerings and enhance customer care skills.
  • Providing feedback on customer trends and service improvements based on interactions.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Capability of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills are essential.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and providing outstanding service.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
