We are seeking a highly skilled Nordic Language Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience. Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional assistance through various communication channels, resolving inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and offer valuable insights about our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service standards and address challenges.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other standard computer applications.
  • A genuine desire to help customers and provide high-quality service.
