We are seeking a highly skilled Nordic Language Customer Service Specialist to join our Mobile Banking Services team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced world of mobile banking. As a Nordic Language Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
You will assist customers with their inquiries related to mobile banking services, manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, educate customers about features and functionality of mobile banking applications, and maintain records of customer interactions for quality and performance improvement.
Responsibilities- Provide expert-level customer support via various channels in Nordic languages.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate customers on mobile banking application features and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Fuency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
