Nordic Customer Service Specialist - Anti-Financial Crime Unit

We are seeking an experienced Nordic customer service specialist to join our Anti-Financial Crime Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients across the Nordic region, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in combating financial crime. Your role will involve providing support to clients inquiring about anti-financial crime services, as well as assisting with compliance and reporting suspicious activities.

You will be responsible for documenting and managing client interactions efficiently, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. You will also work closely with our compliance and investigative teams to escalate and resolve issues related to financial crime swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) to clients inquiring about anti-financial crime services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to compliance, reporting suspicious activities, and understanding regulatory requirements.
  • Document and manage client interactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with compliance and investigative teams to escalate and resolve issues related to financial crime swiftly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or compliance sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
