Nordic Gaming Customer Service Specialist

Pursue a dynamic opportunity to support the gaming community as a Nordic-speaking customer service specialist. Deliver exceptional support to gamers and esports enthusiasts, providing dedicated assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities- Address inquiries related to gaming products, tournaments, and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve technical issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and enhance service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on gaming trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the gaming or esports sector.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for gaming and esports.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in standard office software.
