About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gaming and Esports Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences within the gaming and esports space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to Nordic-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to game features, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with game developers and product teams to enhance customer experiences and address complex issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, game releases, and esports events to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or esports industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of esports trends and culture.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
