Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Gaming

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a customer support representative to join our gaming team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers within the gaming community, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, account management, and esports events, and resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to enhance their gaming experience.

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via multiple channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, account management, and esports events.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or esports industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
