Gaming Customer Support Representative

Are you passionate about gaming and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Gaming & Esports Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with fellow gamers and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, game mechanics, and service policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service response times.
- Stay up-to-date on gaming trends, new titles, and community events to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing service improvements and game enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or service, preferably within the gaming or esports industry.
- Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with current gaming trends and esports events.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
