Customer Support Representative for Gaming

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team in the gaming industry. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products and esports events.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Offer advice and information about gaming services, promotions, and account details.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
