Gaming Customer Support Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish speaking individual to join our gaming support team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients across various channels, including social media and live chat.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about gaming and fluent in Spanish. They have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming titles, e-sports events, and account issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on gaming trends and knowledge to provide informed support to our community.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for gaming and knowledge of e-sports is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
