About The RoleThis engaging position involves assisting Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries related to gaming products and services, helping them navigate the exciting world of e-sports. You will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in the gaming sector, maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and meet service objectives.
Your Responsibilities- Offer outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries about gaming products, contests, and e-sports events.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience and achieve service goals.
- A native or near-native fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for gaming and e-sports.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
