Italian Speaking Customer Support for Gaming

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to introduce an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Gaming & Esports Department.

This position is ideal for passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about gaming and esports, wanting to assist customers in enjoying their experiences with our products.

As a key member of the support team, you will engage with Italian-speaking clients to address their inquiries and provide them with the necessary support.

Job Description:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming and esports products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting and other support processes pertaining to gaming platforms.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and support quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of esports is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving abilities, with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience with customer service software is an advantage.
