About the Role
  • You will provide top-notch support to clients requiring Italian language assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries, provide information, and assist customers with their needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to better serve clients.
  • Document customer interactions clearly in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
