Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Italian speaking representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As an Italian speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to online content creators across multiple communication channels.

Your primary focus will be on assisting clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, platform features, and content strategies. You will also be required to document customer interactions accurately in our system and collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must have fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and a strong interest in online content creation and digital marketing. Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a proactive team player with a vibrant personality, and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking online content creators across multiple communication channels.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, platform features, and content strategies.
