Home Appliances Italian Language Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Italian-speaking representative to join our team in the Home Appliances Department. As an integral member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Italian and English, with additional languages being an asset. They will have prior experience in customer support, preferably within the home appliances or retail sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and after-sales support, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution, promoting a culture of cooperation and mutual support.
- Stay informed about home appliance products and industry developments, providing knowledgeable assistance and expert advice to customers.
